Important Information About Delivery:

Please make sure that you give an accurate street address and postcode /ZIP code where possible, to which we can deliver. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or similar courier provided delivery areas. Our couriers prefer to make the delivery with the person who originally placed the order, in the event that you would like someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please contact us at our customer service department to make alternative arrangements.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty one (31) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
     ●     Products to remote locations or islands.   
     ●     Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
    ●     Sale items and Factory Seconds are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your carton. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no “hidden” damage. The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition. After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damages claims. In this case, any later claim for un-noticed ("hidden”) damage must be filed by you with the delivery company as we will have no recourse when the item is signed for.
